Refund Policy
JSBtv service is provided on a subscription basis, and we do not offer refunds for partially used subscriptions. If you are experiencing technical issues with our service, we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. If we are unable to resolve the issue and you wish to cancel your subscription, we will provide you with a pro-rated refund for the remaining balance of your subscription.
We do not offer refunds for content that has been removed from our platform by the content provider or for content that is not available due to technical issues beyond our control.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer support team with the details of your request. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
